A keto Valentine’s Day dinner
Valentine’s Day is the most crowded restaurant night of the year and one of the easiest to do beautifully at home. Filet with béarnaise, lobster, Champagne and a chocolate dessert: every course is naturally keto.
The game plan
- Make dessert the day before; pots de crème and panna cotta need time to set.
- Prep sides in the afternoon.
- Chill the Champagne and set the table early.
- Cook the main course to order while the starter is on the table.
- If you go out, book early and choose a steakhouse or seafood restaurant.
