Low carb, with better manners.
Eating well should never feel like a punishment.
Most low-carb advice is oddly joyless. Bunless burgers in a parking lot. Dry chicken and sad salad. A holiday table you survive rather than enjoy.
We started Keto Tuxedo on a simple idea: the foods that happen to be low in carbs are some of the best foods there are. Steak with a proper crust. Scallops in browned butter. Lobster, caviar, cheese, dark chocolate, a bone-dry martini. Wearing a tuxedo means showing up for the occasion. So does cooking for it.
Dress for dinner. Skip the bread basket.
What we do
We write recipes, menus and meal plans for people who want to eat low-carb without giving up good food or a good time. Every recipe lists calories, protein, fat and net carbs per serving, calculated from standard nutrition data, so you never have to guess. We also write guides for the moments that test your plan: restaurants, weddings, holidays and cocktail parties.
How we think about it
- Flavor first. Restaurant technique, applied at home: a proper sear, real butter, balanced sauces.
- Honest numbers. Nutrition values are careful estimates. We tell you how they are calculated and where they can vary: see how we calculate nutrition.
- No miracle claims. We do not promise weight loss or health results, and we are clear that keto is not right for everyone. Please read our health disclaimer and talk to your doctor.
- Transparent business. We earn money from our own digital products and from affiliate links, and we say so in our affiliate disclosure.
