Hot Spinach Artichoke Dip

Restaurant spinach-artichoke dip is mostly cream cheese and cheese. Making it at home, with fresh garlic and real parmesan, is just as easy and tastes better.

Nutrition per serving (estimated)

6.1gNet carbs
10gProtein
23gFat
273Calories

Method

  1. Heat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Beat the cream cheese, sour cream and mayonnaise until smooth.
  2. Stir in the spinach, artichokes, half the mozzarella, the parmesan, garlic and seasoning.
  3. Spread in a baking dish and top with the remaining mozzarella.
  4. Bake 20 to 25 minutes until bubbling and golden. Serve with the vegetables.

Chef’s notes

  • Squeeze the spinach until it is dry. This is the key to a thick dip.
